Project Objectives

The intern will support the development and enhancement of the Classification and Compensation web presence in order to provide accurate and current information related to compensation programs and services at the University. The University’s compensation practices are rooted in fairness, transparency and competitiveness, aiming to attract, retain and motivate a diverse and talented workforce. The development of the webpage supports these efforts by ensuring that information pertaining to policies, processes, programs and services is shared and published in a clear and concise manner to the campus community and potential candidates.

  • Determine content, page menu and layout
  • Research and compile content
  • Develop a list of FAQ’s

Key Deliverables

  • Creation of a Classification and Compensation web page that includes clearly defined menu options and is relevant to the University audience, i.e. faculty, staff, and managers.
  • Content for all sections is clearly presented, well written and concise.
  • Policies and/or contractual/legal sections are properly cited.
  • Web page contains Frequently Asked Questions listing the most common questions and responses for the unit, by category.
