Applications for admission to The Graduate School must be completed and signed by the applicant. A friend or relative may not complete or sign the application.
The Graduate School is required by federal law to maintain the confidentiality of both the information submitted in support of your application and your application’s status. We may only share this application with you as the applicant or with someone you have designated in writing as your proxy. If your personal circumstances demand that someone else contact The Graduate School in conjunction with your application, you must send us a signed letter that formally designates the person who is to be your proxy. Without this letter, we are unable to discuss an application with anyone other than you.
