Family\/Civil Forensic Psychology (Certificate)<\/h2>\n

The Department of Graduate Psychology is offering New Jersey’s Certificate Programs in Forensic Psychology designed for graduate students, licensed, or license- or board eligible psychologists, social workers, psychiatrists, professional counselors, psychiatric nurses and other health professionals. Our specialized, flexible programs are optimized for schedules and demands of the practicing professional.<\/p>\n

Our Certificate programs provide the option for intensive clinical supervision in forensic settings or clinical practice leading toward eligibility for professional licensure or diplomate status.<\/p>\n

Teaching methods include web-based virtual instruction using Elluminate Live! for real-time and asynchronous online learning. In residence seminars provide face to face instruction at critical training junctures through each ten session course cycle.<\/p>\n

Along with the Family\/Civil Forensic Psychology (Certificate), the\u00a0Psychology\u00a0department also offers the following options for graduate study: Industrial and Organizational Psychology (MA)<\/a>,\u00a0Psychology (MA)<\/a>,\u00a0Psychology (Combined BA\/MA)<\/a>,\u00a0and\u00a0Criminal Forensic Psychology (Certificate)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Admission Requirements<\/div>

This is a Post-Master’s Certificate program and candidates must have a master\u2019s degree in a psychology field to be eligible to apply.<\/p>\n

The Graduate School requires the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree in order to be eligible to apply for a graduate program. Applicants with non-U.S. degrees, please visit the International Applicants<\/a>\u00a0page to review the U.S. degree equivalency information.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
