- All GA recommendations due by July 31st

- Graduate Assistant Orientation
- Doctoral check in for January graduates
- Non-Enrolled sweeps
- All GA’s and DA’s should be working with appropriate onboarding and supervision.
- All Non-Enrolled students should be contacted by program prior to Add deadline.
- Verification of compliance of students with special requirements for continued enrollments (i.e. probation criteria)
- October:
- Graduate Development Conference
- Fall Graduate Open House
- Non-Enrolled sweeps continue
- November:
- Notify The Graduate School about any Graduate Assistant or Doctoral Assistant who will not return in Spring; and work to identify a replacement
- Begin registration outreach to students not enrolled for Spring
- Collaborate with The Graduate School on all issues related to January Commencement (accommodations, special circumstances, etc.)
- Non-Enrolled sweeps continue
- December:
- Recommend students for Graduate Assistantships beginning in Spring
- Continue outreach to non-enrolled students
- Continue commencement prep
- January:
- Commencement Ceremony
- Graduate Assistantship allocations given to college deans
- New GA’s begin with onboarding and supervision
- Review and respond to academic standing appeals
- Continue outreach to non-enrolled students

- Doctoral check in for May graduates
- Spring Graduate Open House
