Through consultative guidance and hands-on support, the team works closely with hiring managers and search committees to recruit and hire top talent for a wide range of positions.<\/p>\n<p>Our team promotes effective, equitable and efficient search practices by providing guidance on recruitment strategies and search processes that align with university policies and best practice.<\/p>\n<p>Talent Acquisition team members are aligned with colleges, schools and departments, allowing them to build strong partnerships and provide tailored support to meet the unique hiring needs of the campus
