What is Tava Health?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tava Health is a mental health benefit available to Montclair State University employees, providing easy access to licensed therapists and psychiatric providers. Employees can receive confidential, high quality mental health care through virtual appointments, with minimal wait times and a personalized experience designed to fit busy schedules. Tava Health also offers helpful tools and resources to support ongoing mental well-being.<\/p>\n

    Employees enrolled in Horizon BCBS<\/a> can receive free health and wellness discount programs. The program offers employees significant savings on gym memberships, wearables, weight loss programs, eye exams and more.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

    Aetna Extras<\/div>

    Employees enrolled in an Aetna<\/a> medical plan are able to access additional health and wellness programs and perks at no extra costs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

    Walgreens<\/div>

    Your participation with the SHBP\/SEHBP plan, administered by Horizon<\/a>, gets you a 30% discount on all eligible Walgreens-owned brands, every time you shop in store, online or through the Walgreens app.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

    NJ Wellness Program (NJWELL)<\/div>

    In an effort to increase overall wellness and promote a healthy lifestyle, the State Health Benefits Program offers the wellness program, NJWELL. The program is designed to help and reward eligible employees and their covered spouses or partners for completing activities designed to promote healthy behaviors.
