Open Enrollment is your yearly opportunity to review<br \/>\nbenefits and make changes for the next calendar year. While more information regarding Open<br \/>\nEnrollment will be available soon, we wanted to provide an important and exciting update<br \/>\nregarding a change to the Open Enrollment process.<\/p>\n<h2>Benefitsolver<\/h2>\n<p>Employees currently enrolled in the New Jersey State Health Benefits Program (SHBP) will be<br \/>\nreceiving a letter from the New Jersey Division of Pensions and Benefits (NJDPB) announcing a<br \/>\nnew online portal to manage your health benefits. The letter you will receive confirms that<br \/>\nNJDPB has selected a software company named Businessolver to host the new website. The<br \/>\nnew site will be accessed through your <a href=\"https:\/\/my.state.nj.us\/\"><strong>MyNewJersey portal<\/strong><\/a> account and is called Benefitsolver. Please know the letter is an authorized NJDPB communication and you should review the materials thoroughly.<\/p>\n<p>Benefitsolver will be your online portal for information about your health benefits and to complete your SHBP health applications online. The Benefitsolver Portal enables employee enrolled in the SHBP to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add eligible dependents<\/li>\n<li>Upload documentation right to the website<\/li>\n<li>Access links to all your health benefit vendors<\/li>\n<li>View your health benefits coverage<\/li>\n<li>Have 24\/7 access to Benefitsolver<\/li>\n<li>Download the Mychoice mobile app<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Beginning October 1, 2020, employees will be able to log into the Benefitsolver website by accessing a link on the MyNewJersey portal (my.state.nj.us). If you have trouble creating an<br \/>\naccount and\/or accessing the portal, please contact <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nj.gov\/mynj\/myNJRestrHelp.html\"><strong>NJOIT support<\/strong><\/a>. <strong>Please Note:<\/strong> This link does not support the Benefitsolver website.
