What IS Leadership University at Montclair?<\/strong><\/p>\n

To be an effective leader, it\u2019s essential to Know Yourself<\/em>, Know How to Lead<\/em> & Know How to Manage<\/em>.<\/p>\n

As part of HR Learning & Development\u2019s mission, we offer an 8-week hybrid program focused on these three key areas<\/strong> each Fall and Spring. Our audience is newly hired or newly promoted people managers (director & below; \u2264 2 yrs. in role) who have been nominated by their department VP. Each session is conducted once\/week for 2-4 hours, depending on the content. Ultimately, the objective of the Leadership University program is to develop the skills and confidence needed to meet career goals and prosper as a leader at Montclair State University, while fostering a sense of community among program participants.<\/p>\n
