On March 27, 2025, the National Institutes of Health issued a memorandum, \u201cImplementation Update: Promoting Maximal Transparency Under the NIH Guidelines for Research Involving Recombinant or Synthetic Nucleic Acid Molecules.\u201d Per the update, NIH expects that approved meeting minutes from all IBC meetings occurring on or after June 1, 2025 will be posted publicly on an institutional website immediately after approval by the IBC.<\/p>\n

The Montclair State University IBC has posted the approved meeting minutes, after all appropriate and allowable redactions have been made, to this webpage. In accordance with NIH policy, the minutes from meetings occurring before June 1st that are not posted here will continue to be provided to members of the public upon request.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
