Important \u2013 Please do not alter the surface or punch holes in the University ID card.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

All students are required to obtain a University ID card. You must submit your photo to be used for your ID card through the\u00a0eAccounts<\/a>. Photos are not taken in the office. Your NetID must have been activated 24 hours prior to being able to log into eAccounts.<\/p>\n

There is no charge for the first ID card. All replacement cards are subject to a $20.00 replacement fee.<\/p>\n

Necessary Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to process your student ID card, you will need to meet the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Registered for class(es) 48 hours prior to processing an ID card.<\/li>\n
  2. Present two forms of valid, original identification (mandatory \u2013 one photo ID) upon receiving the ID card. Examples of accepted identification are:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    One from Column A<\/strong><\/td>\nOne from Column B<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
    Valid photo driver\u2019s license<\/td>\nCredit\\debit card<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Valid photo passport<\/td>\nBirth certificate<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Valid photo military ID card<\/td>\nHealth insurance card<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Valid state photo ID card<\/td>\nPrevious school ID card<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    <\/td>\nSigned Social Security card<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    Pictures on cell phones of identification will not be accepted.<\/p>\n
