Tableau is powerful business intelligence software for exploring, analyzing, visualizing and publishing data as well as sophisticated features such as predictive analytics, interactive visualization and support for big data analysis. Being a market leader in this field, skills for individuals with experience with this tool are currently in very high demand in the marketplace. New Research Analysis Software
NVivo by QSR International is a qualitative research software package equivalent to SPSS, Stata, SAS, or R. It allows the user to import, code, and arrange data for methodologically rigorous and scalable analysis. Information Technology has negotiated a contract that allows us to extend the use of NVivo version 12 to all Faculty, Staff and Graduate Students. New Location Mapping Software Now Available
ArcGIS by Esri, Inc. is application to create, share and analyze interactive maps based on existing or acquired data. All Individual department licenses have been combined to acquire a campus wide license that will be available to current Faculty, Staff and enrolled Students. With ArcGIS you would be able to create maps by dropping in your spreadsheets and combining with other location data included in ArcGIS, instantly share maps with anyone, anywhere or work collaboratively with colleagues to build maps and apps and Add context to data by combining it with vendor library of demographic and lifestyle data.
