The Voicemail Web Portal is now available to members of the University Community.
Please note that if you need to connect to voicemail portal from off-campus you will need to use Citrix and the Internet Explorer browser within the Citrix environment. Citrix can be accessed at citrix.montclair.edu
The portal provides University voicemail subscribers an additional method of managing their voicemail messages securely over the web.
Use the Voicemail Web Portal to receive a copy of your voicemail as an email audio file.
In addition, you will be able to more efficiently manage voicemails using the following functions:
- Play, record, delete and send voicemail message on any telephone or computer
- Forward and reply to voicemail messages
- Call the sender of a voicemail message
- Change the status and subject of a voicemail message
The traditional method of using your university phone to access your voicemail box continues to be available.
Access the Voicemail Web Portal now by navigating to voicemail.montclair.edu and log in using your four digit extension and PIN as you would from your desk phone.
