ITDS will host the 2020 Annual Summer Institute for Teaching and Learning virtually online on Wednesday, June 3, 2020!
In collaboration with OFA, ITDS has invited your faculty colleagues to share a broad range of teaching and learning experiences from all colleges across the university. Some will share their recent experiences on making the sudden transition to remote teaching this semester, while others will share best practices based on years of online, hybrid and in-person teaching experience. Faculty presenters will share effective teaching strategies and present well-designed exemplary courses. There will be multiple sessions from which to choose, covering a variety of topics including instructional strategies, learner engagement, student assessment, effective technologies, and more. The Summer Institute will be a great opportunity for you to hear your faculty peers reflect on their reactive and proactive approaches and plan for the Fall of 2020 and beyond.
