{"id":24203,"date":"2024-01-30T11:15:26","date_gmt":"2024-01-30T16:15:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/information-technology\/?page_id=24203"},"modified":"2024-01-30T11:15:26","modified_gmt":"2024-01-30T16:15:26","slug":"lost-your-bcpass-card","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/information-technology\/lost-your-bcpass-card\/","title":{"rendered":"Lost Your BCPass Card?"},"content":{"rendered":"<ol>\n<li>Immediately report a lost or stolen card to the BC Office of Security located at 225 Liberty Street, Lower Level (973-748-9000 x1366) to file a Security Report of a lost or missing card.<\/li>\n<li>Suspend your BCPass by logging into the<a href=\"https:\/\/bcpass.campuscardcenter.com\/ch\/login.html\">\u00a0Account Management Center<\/a> or by calling the Bloomfield College BCPass Service Center at Center at (888) 989-3534, Monday through Friday between 8am and 6pm Eastern Time.<\/li>\n<li>Replacement cards are issued at the ID Card Center located near the Information Technology Help Desk at 185 Liberty Street. A $25 fee must be paid prior to obtaining your replacement card. The fee is paid at the Office of Student Financial Services, located in Knox Hall, and a receipt is issued to you. You must present your receipt at the ID Card Center before a new card will be issued. You must also bring appropriate identification. Please refer to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomfield.edu\/student-life\/bcpass\/identity-verification-policy\">BCPass Identity Verification Policy<\/a>\u00a0before going to the ID Card Center.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>What if I find my reported lost BC Pass Card?<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you find your ID Card after it has been reported lost, you may re-activate the Campus Cash (BC Bucks) account if&#8230;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The re-activate request is received within two days of the card being suspended<\/li>\n<li>A new card has not been issued<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can re-activate your Campus Cash account at the <a href=\"https:\/\/bcpass.campuscardcenter.com\/ch\/login.html\">Account Management Center<\/a> or by calling the Bloomfield College BCPass Service Center at Center at (888) 989-3534, Monday through Friday between 8am and 6pm Eastern Time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Immediately report a lost or stolen card to the BC Office of Security located at 225 Liberty Street, Lower Level (973-748-9000 x1366) to file a Security Report of a lost or missing card.
