Students study a primary woodwind while also developing professional fluency on multiple secondary instruments \u2014 preparing them for careers where versatility is the key to employability.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"773\">And the results speak for themselves.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"1086\"><strong data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"799\">Tessa Dolce (MM \u201918)<\/strong> has become a sought-after Broadway multi-woodwind specialist, currently subbing in the pit of <em data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"913\">Death Becomes Her<\/em>. A specialist in the low woodwinds, she has covered numerous productions over the years and will begin a new show, <em data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1052\">The Seat of Our Pants<\/em>, this fall at The Public Theater.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1306\"><strong data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1111\">Alex Lemma (MM \u201922)<\/strong> is performing in the national tour of <em data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1167\">Kimberly Akimbo<\/em>, playing bassoon, baritone\/tenor saxophone, clarinet, and bass clarinet \u2014 while also returning to New York to sub on <em data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1293\">Wicked<\/em> on Broadway.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1543\"><strong data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1335\">Quinten Hansen (MM \u201925)<\/strong> is currently touring with <em data-start=\"1362\" data-end=\"1376\">The Notebook<\/em> 1st National Tour, performing on flute, clarinet, bass clarinet, oboe, and English horn. In addition to his work as a doubler, he is a prolific composer and arranger.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1545\" data-end=\"1809\"><strong data-start=\"1545\" data-end=\"1574\">Maria Vincelette (MM \u201925)<\/strong> is performing with the First National Tour of <em data-start=\"1621\" data-end=\"1642\">Water for Elephants<\/em>, playing piccolo, flute, clarinet, bass clarinet, alto saxophone, and baritone saxophone \u2014 part of a rapidly expanding career on the national musical theatre circuit.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"1814\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"1878\">Woodwind Doubling \u2014 Student Accomplishments (2018\u2013present)<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1880\" data-end=\"3227\">\n<li data-start=\"1880\" data-end=\"2002\">\n<p data-start=\"1882\" data-end=\"2002\"><strong data-start=\"1882\" data-end=\"1896\">Alex Lemma<\/strong> \u2014 Broadway sub for <em data-start=\"1916\" data-end=\"1924\">Wicked<\/em> and <em data-start=\"1929\" data-end=\"1946\">Kimberly Akimbo<\/em>;
