24\/7 Live Chat Support<\/h2>\n

If you are conducting in-depth academic research, looking for specific resources, or looking for guidance on using our library services, professional librarians are available to assist no matter the time of day. Chat today!<\/a><\/p>\n

On-Call Reference<\/h2>\n

To complement our 24\/7 Live Chat service and other forms of research support, University Libraries\u2019 on-call reference service is available throughout the year. This on-demand service is for patrons who prefer to speak with a librarian in-person or via telephone about their research questions.\u00a0 For in-person questions, please stop at the Front Desk of the library Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. – 3:45 p.m., and the staff there will call the librarian on duty to come out and meet with you. Alternatively, if you call the Front Desk at 973-655-4288 during on-call hours with a research question, they can transfer you to the librarian on call.<\/p>\n
