The students and their professor, Dr. Steffi Dippold of the English department, celebrated the culmination of their semester-long engagement with historical cookbooks and local recipe collections by the library exhibit featuring their projects. Their work explores the ways in which history, culture, and identity shape our present-day experiences of food and fellowship.
