You can <a href=\"https:\/\/montclair.libcal.com\/appointments\">book an online research appointment<\/a> with a librarian from home. Virtual librarian appointments utilize a screensharing technology called Zoom. You can also use the <a href=\"https:\/\/montclair.libanswers.com\/\">Ask a Librarian service<\/a> to chat via email or phone with a librarian who is ready to answer any questions you may have, or check out the FAQ and guidelines laid out on the page itself.<\/p>\n<p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/montclair.libguides.com\/\">Library Research Guides<\/a> put together the databases that librarians recommend for each subject or class. You can also find the full list of Databases the library subscribes to on the right under <a href=\"https:\/\/montclair.libguides.com\/az.php\">Databases A-Z<\/a>. Find pointers on how to start or inspiration on how to keep going with your research here!<\/p>\n<p>Finally, if you\u2019re taking an online course at Montclair but live closer to another institution&#8217;s library, you may be able to use the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/library\/services-and-spaces\/borrowing\/reciprocal-borrowing\/\">VALE reciprocal borrowing service<\/a> (depending on the institution\u2019s VALE status) to borrow materials.
