This work, titled <em><a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2227-7102\/16\/5\/718\" target=\"_blank\">Preservice Teachers\u2019 Noticing of Students\u2019 Quantitative and Covariational Reasoning in Dynamic Mathematical Situations<\/a>,<\/em> explores how teachers attend to, interpret, and respond to students\u2019 quantitative and covariational reasoning in dynamic mathematical contexts. The study offers insights into how teacher preparation can better support future educators in making sense of students\u2019 thinking, particularly in challenging topics like rate of change.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Alfred is now teaching in the mathematics department at Drake University in Iowa.
