About the Lecturer: 

David McCormick is a Professor of Biology at Illinois Institute of Technology, and the Senior Vice-President and Director of the IIT Research Institute. His research is focused on the preclinical development of drugs, natural products, and hormonal manipulations for the prevention and therapy of cancer. He is currently in the last stages of a seven-year, $25-million National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (National Toxicology Program) research project on "Studies to Evaluate the Toxic and Carcinogenic Potential of Cell Phone Radiofrequency Radiation."
