Martone becomes the seventh player in program history to earn All-Region honors from the NSCAA.
Martone, who was named First-Team All-NJAC in November started all 23 games for the Red Hawks this season and anchored the MSU defensive unit that has allowed just 27 goals this season. Martone has also contributed offensively with three goals and two assists. She had the game-winning goal in Montclair State's 3-2 overtime win at Centenary and then assisted on the game-winner as MSU ended TCNJ’s 38-match conference unbeaten streak.
For her career, Martone, a two-time All-Conference selection appeared in 83 games and finished with five goals and 10 assists for 20 points.
