Democracy Still Stands Strong

On Thursday, October 25th, The Student Government Association is sponsoring a Political Rally:
"Democracy Still Stands Strong!"

The event aims to spark interest in politics. The bi-partisan event will be from Noon until 2 p.m., in the Student Center Quad, outside the Student Center (rain location: Student Center Ballroom A).

One of the objectives of this event is tho show that Democracy, one of the targets of the attack on America, is still being excersised. Local candidates attending include:

    For State Assembly:
    Frank DelVecchio
    Peter C. Eagler
    Willis Edwards III
    and Dona Kurdock.

    For State Senate:
    Nia Gill
    and Jack Nigro

    For Little Falls Town Council:
    Montclair State's very own Dr. Marti Kennedy.

    For Passiac County Sherif:
    Jerry Spezial
