MSU's Nacole Moore Wins NCAA Shot Put Championship

MSU Freshman Nacole Moore captured the shot put national championship to help the Montclair State women's outdoor track and field team to a seventh-place finish at the NCAA Division III Championships held at Macalester College, on May 25th.

Moore became the first MSU female athlete to win an individual title at the NCAA Outdoor Championships since the meet began in 1982. She was one of seven Red Hawks to be named an All-American at the meet. The top 8 finishers in each event are named All-American.
