Help Desk Customer Satisfaction Survey Deadline Extended To 6/16

The Montclair State University Information Technology group would like to thank the many members of the University community who have completed the on-line Help Desk customer assessment survey and announce an extension of the survey's accessibility to those who may not have had an opportunity to visit the link.

More than 250 surveys have been completed so far, and your feedback will assist IT with making improvements to important technology-related services. In order to provide additional opportunities to those who would like to complete a survey, the following link will be operational until Wednesday, June 16th:
