Vallone posted four first-place finishes and four second-place finishes in three meets as the Red Hawks swam three times, including three dual meets against Division I opponents. Vallone was second in the 50 free (25.63) and 100 breaststroke (1:11.17) in a 125.5-70.5 loss to Seton Hall. She then won the 50 (25.58) and 100 (56.25) freestyles and helped the 400 free relay team (3:59.46) to victory in a 154-103 loss to Misericordia. Vallone wrapped up the week finishing first in the 50 free (25.12) and second in the 200 free (55.22) as MSU earned a split in its tri-meet with St. Peter's College and Manhattan College.
Berry posted three individual first-place finishes and three second-place showing in the same three meets. He finished second in the 100 freestyle (50.03) and 500 freestyle (5:13.51) in the Red Hawks loss to Seton Hall. Three days later, he won the 1000 (10:52.26) and 500 (5:16.51) freestyle races in a loss to Misercordia. The following evening, Berry won the 500 freestyle (5:06.50)and finished second in the 200 freestyle (1:50.94) as MSU fell to St. Peter's and Manhattan.
