Dr. Patrali Chatterjee is an expert on customer insights and brand management associated with marketing innovations. Her research focuses on online advertising research; social and mobile media marketing; cross-channel retailing; customer relationship management; and the role technological innovations play in sustaining online businesses and nonprofits.
A frequent contributor to professional journals such as Marketing Science, International Journal of Advertising and the Review of Economics and Statistics, her research has also been reported on by such mainstream publications as The Wall Street Journal, Time.com, and The Star Ledger. She is a member of the American Marketing Association, Association of Consumer Research and the Institute of Management Science.
