Payment by Credit Card

Online Payment via TouchNet

TouchNet is a web-based, real-time service that will provide for online, self-service credit card payment allowing use of your Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. Debit cards with Visa or MasterCard affiliations can also be used with TouchNet.

When you pay by credit card, YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR STUDENT ID/APPLICANT NUMBER FROM YOUR INVOICE AND AN EMAIL ADDRESS. If you do not have an email address, you can get one from any online service. Without an email address, you will not be able to use the online credit card payment system.

In-person Credit Card Payment

You can also use a credit card or a debit card in person at the Cashier’s window.

  • Do not include parking fees with your tuition payment. You must pay for parking fees separately at the Red Hawk Deck office on the ground floor behind the entrance gates (no checks accepted).

All returned check payments due to insufficient funds, stop payments, etc., will be assessed a $60.00 return check fee. A subsequent payment must be made immediately by cash, certified check or credit card to avoid any interruption in your studies.

Montclair State University reserves the right to deny accepting a check payment from a student that has numerous returned/rejected checks.
