{"id":1499,"date":"2020-12-22T19:48:18","date_gmt":"2020-12-22T19:48:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/nursing\/?p=1499"},"modified":"2023-05-12T14:24:37","modified_gmt":"2023-05-12T14:24:37","slug":"ccne-call-for-comments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/nursing\/2020\/12\/22\/ccne-call-for-comments\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for Comments: School of Nursing Accreditation Visit by the Commission of Collegiate Nursing (CCNE)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The School of Nursing at Montclair State University will host an accreditation visit by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aacnnursing.org\/CCNE\">Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)<\/a> on February 24-26, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>CCNE will be conducting a virtual site evaluation of our Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with CCNE\u2019s procedures, the Commission provides the opportunity for program constituents and other interested parties to submit, in writing, third-party comments concerning our programs\u2019 qualifications for accreditation. Third-party comments must be received by CCNE  no later than 21 days prior to the first day of the evaluation. Third-party comments must relate to the CCNE Standards for Accreditation of Baccalaureate and Graduate Nursing Programs (2018). All third-party comments submitted to CCNE must be written in English, consistent with CCNE&#8217;s policy on Conduct of Business in English.
