Mele Kramer completed her undergraduate studies at New York University with a B.S. in Studio Art and psychology and continued her Masters level studies in Art Therapy. She later shifted into the corporate industry and has worked for over 20 years within various industries such as healthcare, education, edTech, and transportation as a leader and consultant. Her focus is on Leadership Training and Development She received her M.S. in I/O Psychology focusing on Diversity Leadership. She completed her MA and Ph.D. from Walden University in I/O Consultation Psychology. She is the Program Director of the IO Psychology MA program and Eagle IO Student Consulting Program Advisor.
