Profile
Dr. Simonet earned his PhD from the University of Tulsa in 2014. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Montclair State University where he teaches Personnel Selection, Leadership, Organizational Psychology, and Psychometrics. Specialization
I am interested in the role of emotions, normal and abnormal personality, and social dynamics in predicting work performance, conflict, and empowerment. Specific interests include dysfunctional leadership, negotiation, emotional intelligence, team dynamics, and advanced psychometrics.
