Michele is an assistant professor of Management and has been actively involved in the study and practice of how individuals, teams, and organizations learn in dynamic business settings for over 12 years.
She received an Masters of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and her doctorate at Harvard Business School.
Her current research integrates insights from management, cognitive psychology, educational psychology and neuroscience to examine how employees can proactively embrace the challenges of learning while efficiently gaining measurable expertise.
