The document lays out in great detail the process that the PMO team will use during each phase of the project life cycle. The methodology is consistent with the Project Management Institute&#8217;s (PMI) <em>A Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK ) <\/em>and is also based on the University of Minnesota systems planning methodology.
