Helaine Barr, Supervisor, <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nj.gov\/dep\/climatechange\/\" target=\"_blank\">Climate Change Section of the Bureau of Climate Change and Clean Energy<\/a>, <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nj.gov\/dep\/\" target=\"_blank\">New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP)<\/a>, talks about the &#8220;80&#215;50 Report.&#8221; This document provides a progress report with pathways for new emissions-cutting initiatives across seven emissions sectors.
