You must complete the Spring 2020 Pro-Rated Credit/Refund Request online via NEST by Friday, May 1, 2020.
Students who are eligible for the credit/refund are only those who checked out as a result of the official closing notices sent on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 or thereafter, and who checked out prior to Monday, April 6, 2020. The amount of the credit/refund will be calculated from the end of spring break Monday, March 23 or the date of check-out (whichever is later), through Tuesday, May 12. Please refer to the Campus Notice from 04/03/20 for further information.
- Log in to NEST with your credentials.
- Under the “Spring 2020 Important Updates or the “Student Accounts” portlet, select “Spring 2020 Pro-rated Credit/Refund”
- Two options will be provided to Residential Students
- Read carefully before selecting. Make your selection, agree to the terms and submit.
- Graduating Seniors will only have a Direct Payment Option. Agree to the terms and submit.
- Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation.
