How to Waive Health Insurance

  • Select Enroll/Waive

  • Select student type, program and entering your CWID # (ex. M12345678) and date of birth. Select, “Get Started” to move forward.

  • Select “Waive”

  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions, Select “Continue”

  • Answer questions and enter all insurance information.
  • Agree to the terms
  • Select “Continue”

  • Review your waiver information carefully. Select Submit.

  • Once submitted, you will receive a transaction confirmation. Save this confirmation for your records.

If denied, the reason for the denial will be available on the confirmation. It is your responsibility to follow up with Aetna Student Health to provide additional documentation by the established deadline of September 28, 2018.
