Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) One Day Release Information

It is the University’s policy that student data should be released to the parent only by the student themselves. In some situations, when a parent, spouse or legal guardian needs to have direct contact with a University administrator or faculty member on campus the student may complete and sign the “One Day FERPA Release Form” available in the Red Hawk Central. This form must be signed by the student in the presence of Red Hawk Central personnel and will be valid for a 24 hour period. The “One Day FERPA Release Form” is only available at Red Hawk Central.
