As a new Proxy user, you will receive (2) emails.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New Proxy Identity Email<\/li>\n<li>New Proxy Relationship Email (Link to view student information)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. The first email you as a Proxy user must click is on the \u201cNew Proxy Identity\u201d email notification. Please follow the instructions to reset \u201cPIN\u201d that allows you to view your student\u2019s information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Example: Email: New Proxy Identity<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure class=\"responsive-image-holder wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"mlt-responsive-image\" data-original-image=\"\/red-hawk-central\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/59\/2021\/08\/New-Imagine-1.png\" src=\"\/responsive-media\/cache\/red-hawk-central\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/59\/2021\/08\/New-Imagine-1.png.0.1x.generic.jpg\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>3. Click on the link given in the email to reset the PIN. Enter \u201cPIN\u201d found on the Proxy Identity email received. Then click on \u201cSUBMIT.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"responsive-image-holder wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"mlt-responsive-image\" data-original-image=\"\/red-hawk-central\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/59\/2021\/08\/New-Image-2.png\" src=\"\/responsive-media\/cache\/red-hawk-central\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/59\/2021\/08\/New-Image-2.png.0.1x.generic.jpg\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>4. Fill out the information to Reset PIN by entering the following information.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proxy Email account (you as the proxy user \u2013NOT the student\u2019s email)<\/li>\n<li>OLD PIN (Old Pin received via Proxy Identity email)<\/li>\n<li>Create NEW PIN<\/li>\n<li>Validate the NEW PIN.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"responsive-image-holder wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"mlt-responsive-image\" data-original-image=\"\/red-hawk-central\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/59\/2021\/08\/New-Imagine-3.png\" src=\"\/responsive-media\/cache\/red-hawk-central\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/59\/2021\/08\/New-Imagine-3.png.0.1x.generic.jpg\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>5. Once you have reset the pin, you will land in the Proxy landing page.<\/p>\n<p>6. Click on the tab where the student\u2019s name is displayed to view the pages your student gave you access as a proxy user.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Example: Once the student has identified what you may see, your images will look something like this, depending on what options they pick (financial aid, student accounts, registrar.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure class=\"responsive-image-holder wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"mlt-responsive-image\" data-original-image=\"\/red-hawk-central\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/59\/2021\/08\/New-Imagine-31.png\" src=\"\/responsive-media\/cache\/red-hawk-central\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/59\/2021\/08\/New-Imagine-31.png.0.1x.generic.jpg\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>7. If you wish to access this link later.
