Return a certificate of insurance (if applicable).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Return a typed registration roster with the name, address, and emergency contact phone number for each guest.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

Confirm all information with Montclair State University, Office of Residence Life including arrival date and time, departure date and time, the number of participants and the number of single and double occupancy rooms that will be needed.
