PR Guests

Since creating its PR workshop visits, the MSU PRSSA (Public Relations Student Society of America) has built an impressive track record for bringing in respected and experienced industry leaders.  Included among the list is former Coach Global Marketing Chief, Marie Audier D’elassandris, top entertainment industry publicist Elizabeth Fildes, Hollywood producer Don Weiner, NJ Advertising Hall of Fame inductee, Dave Scelba, Coyne Creative Director Rob Schnapp, and S3 principal owner Adam Schnitzler.  All of whom provided priceless wisdom and insight from their unique industry perspectives.

Recently however, the PRSSA took another tack.  They invited a group of students who had recently graduated from the SCM program and had just started on their careers.  MSU’s very own Jessica Mertz, Megan Daniel, Brenna Falvey, Miranda Spetaccino and Stephanie Michael joined the PRSSA on February 10 to discuss everything from adjusting to post-graduate life to making a name for themselves in public relations. This unique event gave students the invaluable opportunity to hear from those who successfully transitioned from life at MSU to life at a major PR agency.
