Though Montclair State’s Student Research Symposium was necessarily transferred to an online format this year, it still constitutes an important venue to share students’ work with the broader community.\u00a0 Two students from the Department of Spanish and Latino Studies participated.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Matthew Berg presented his research entitled, “The Radicalization of an Aesthetic:\u00a0 Puig’s Political Use of Camp.”\u00a0 He explores the role that queer aesthetics play in identity politics.<\/p><\/div>\n
