Center for Advising & Student Transitions (CAST)

The Center for Advising & Student Transitions is the foundation of academic advising at Montclair State University. The Center is comprised of experts who excel in the theory and practice of academic advising. Using a developmental approach, we assist Discovery/Undeclared students, and those on academic probation with identifying and achieving their academic, personal, and career goals. CAST is dedicated to supporting the professional development of academic advisors campus-wide.
