CommUNITY Rocks

Following the overwhelming success of last year’s program, we are excited to announce Montclair State University’s second annual CommUNITY Rocks, which will take place on Saturday April 26th, 2014 from 8am-Noon (rain or shine.) CommUNITY ROCKS is a series of campus beautification efforts, by which Commuter and Residential students, along with Greek and student organizations unite to serve the Montclair State University campus and community.  Students, faculty, family and friends work collectively on projects that promote community, as we work together to impact the campus and beyond. CommUNITY Rockers will meet at the Student Center flag post where they will receive materials and assignments.  Upon completion, lunch and t-shirts will be provided for registered participants. This year our goal is to bring together more than 200 CommUNITY Rockers as we beautify our community by:

•Rock painting

•Flower planting

•Trash removal

•Craft making
