Stop the Flu, It’s Up to You!

Get Your Shot on Campus or at CVS!

Only half of college students are vaccinated each year against the flu. Protect yourself, your friends and your family by getting your flu shot this year.

How Do I Protect Myself?

You can make an appointment to visit the University Health Center located in Blanton Hall or participate in an upcoming flu clinic.

At the University Health Center

Students, faculty and staff can make an appointment to get their flu shot at the University Health Center. Contact the UHC to make your appointment today at: 973-655-4361.

Flu Clinics

A Free (with proof of insurance) vaccine is available on campus in partnership with CVS.

Please Note: The last hour of each clinic will be for drop-ins. Also: Completing the CVS consent form in advance will expedite the process for administration of your flu shot on-site. Please bring the completed form with you to your appointment. You may also complete the form when you arrive for your appointment. Appointment times are subject to change in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. availability of allocated space and vaccine administrators).


Flu vaccines are offered at the University Health Center, free for students with Aetna Student Health Insurance, $10.00 for all other students. Fee can be paid using Red Hawk Dollars or it can be placed on your student account.

University employees also can get their flu shot at the University Health Center for $20.00. Fill out two copies of the pre-payment form and bring cash to the Student Accounts window in Red Hawk Central. You must pay in cash. Bring one copy of your completed form to the University Health Center at the time of your flu shot. View Pre-payment Form.
