Services in Webster Hall

The student services listed above will be located in the newly renovated College Hall opening in the fall semester. Temporarily they will be located in Webster Hall. To adhere to safety protocols it is best to continue to connect virtually, but limited in-person support will be provided. Please read the safety protocol details.

Safety Protocol for Service in Webster

  • Students will only be permitted to enter the building one at a time (for social distancing purposes). Please Note: No additional guests will be allowed to enter.
  • Masks must be worn at all times.
  • When/where possible, staff in Webster Hall will identify needs and provide students with a QR code for them to meet virtually with a staff member via Zoom. There will be no in office meetings.
  • Please make certain to download the Zoom app prior to visiting Webster Hall.
  • Payments (check, money order) can be accepted onsite by the Cashier’s Office. However, students are encouraged to make payments online via NEST. Electronic check payments will be processed at NO additional cost.
    • In extenuating circumstances we will arrange for acceptance of a cash payment by appointment only. Please contact Daphne Reynoso or Marion Caggiano. Once a day and time is arranged, you may pay with cash at the Cashier’s Window. This is a restricted arrangement put in place due to the pandemic. The Cashier’s Window will only be open for pre-arranged appointments.
  • Payment plan payments and credit/debit cards are only accepted online via NEST.
  • Check/Money orders can also be made mailed to the University Attn: Cashier’s Office.

The University remains committed to providing student services remotely during this challenging time. Therefore, while we are providing limited services on-campus, we strongly encourage students who do not need direct, on-site assistance, to reach out via phone, email or chat for assistance.
