Posted in: Academic, Announcements, Featured News, Red Hawk News

Montclair State University understands and supports that you are responsible your own academic record and academic career. However, there may be some instances in which you need to designate a proxy. A proxy is someone who is given limited access to your personal academic information for a limited period of time. You can set up temporary access for your proxy to view these records.

What Can Your Proxy View?

When you establish proxy access you can choose to allow your proxy to view one or more of the following:

  • Address
  • Account Summary
  • Emergency Contacts
  • Holds
  • Email Address
  • Grades
  • Course Schedule
  • Transcript
  • Financial Aid Award

Please Note: This access is available only for seven (7) days from the time you designate access for your proxy. Providing proxy does not remove your responsibility for managing your University business.
