Moving Cars from Surface Lots and Other Information.

Snow is forecast for our area Sunday, January 16 and into early Monday, January 17. While normal University operations will be closed on Monday, January 17, in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday, please note the following instructions in preparation of the snow event and special hours of operation over the holiday weekend:

Student Recreation Center

The Student Recreation Center will have a delayed opening on Monday, January 17. They will be open 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. View Their Regular Hours of Operation.

Sprague Library

The Library will also have a delayed opening on Monday, January 17. They will be open 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. View Information about Their Services and Spring Hours of Operation.

Moving Cars off Surface Lots

In preparation for the snow University Facilities requests all vehicles be moved from campus surface lots by 10 p.m., Saturday, January 15 to either CarParc Diem or the Red Hawk Deck. Cars should return to surface lots by 10 p.m., Monday, January 17. Parking in both CarParc Diem and the Red Hawk Deck will be free during this timeframe.

Dining Venues

On-campus venues will open on their regular operating schedule on Tuesday, January 18, view details about venues available now through Monday, January 17.

MLK Day of Service

The annual MLK Day of Service will be held on Monday, January 17, 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. Visit the Engage Event page for details.
