We invite you to take a survey about your level of satisfaction with the services provided by the University, your experiences with academic and career advising, the New Student Seminar (GNED 199), working with peer mentors and your sense of belonging at Montclair State.

The Center for Research and Evaluation on Education and Human Services (CREEHS) at Montclair State University is conducting a program evaluation of the Advising 2025: Creating a Coordinated Care Network for Student Success project. As part of the overall evaluation, we are inviting Montclair State undergraduate students to complete a survey and have a chance to win $100.00

This survey is voluntary. It will take 5-15 minutes to complete. You will not be asked to identify yourself by name. Your decision on whether or not to participate will not affect your relationship with Montclair State or any of your courses.

The deadline to complete this survey is Friday, May 20. At the end of the survey, you will be directed to an external link where you can provide your name and email address to enter the raffle for a $100.00 Amazon gift card. These data will be stored separately from and cannot be connected to your survey responses.
