What Is a Campus Climate Assessment?

In order to understand what is working and to co-create opportunities to improve, the University invites you to complete the Culturally Engaging Campus Environments (CECE) Survey. Information gathered will be used to help the University develop new policies and practices to further support your needs and the needs of all future students.

SOVA, the consultant group contracted to conduct this survey, will produce a report for the University that will be inclusive of the entire climate assessment in spring 2023.

Please Note: Participation in the survey is voluntary and all responses are confidential. No individual will be identified based on responses. Additional information can be found at Soaring Together and questions or technical issues can be directed to campusclimate@montclair.edu.

We value and appreciate your feedback about your experiences at the University!
