You can view full details about the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/facilities\/logistic-support\/parking-services\/parking-regulations\/#summer\"><strong>Parking Regulations.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>How To Get Your Permit<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Log into the <a href=\"https:\/\/montclairstate.t2hosted.com\/cmn\/auth_ext.aspx\"><strong>Parking Portal<\/strong><\/a> with your NetID and password.<\/li>\n<li>After logging in, Select &#8220;Get a Permit&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8220;Next&#8221; and \u201cSelect Permit and Permit Agreement\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Pay for Your Permit<\/li>\n<li>Your Permit is virtual and will be attached to your license plate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Important Details<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Summer permits are valid from May 1, 2025 through August 28, 2025.<\/li>\n<li>Permits are issued based on enrollment status and student classification, using information provided by the Office of the Registrar.<\/li>\n<li>Students enrolled in Summer Session courses may purchase:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>General\/Commuter Permit:<\/strong> $25.00 (plus tax)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Red Hawk Deck Permit:<\/strong> $50.00 (plus tax)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Students not enrolled in summer classes but planning to park on campus may purchase a General\/Commuter permit for $25.00 (plus tax).<\/li>\n<li>Students who held an Academic Year 2024\u20132025 permit, including NJ Transit permit holders, must purchase a summer permit to park on campus during the summer months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Daily Parking Options<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Red Hawk Deck:<\/strong> Daily parking is available. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/facilities\/parking-rates-and-fees\/\">View Rates<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pay-by-Phone:<\/strong> Pay by Phone is available in all General (yellow) Commuter lots for visitors and short-term parking. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/facilities\/logistic-support\/parking-services\/parking-regulations\/#d.en.44845\">View Pay-by-Phone Options<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Looking Ahead to Fall 2025<\/h2>\n<p>Fall permits will go on sale starting August 1, 2025.
