Water

Water.
It is one of the key ingredients to a healthy body and in times like these we need to make sure we are drinking plenty of it. As the weather starts to change, so will our bodies. We began to feel tighter in the morning and not as limber. Our bodies are desperately craving more water. Replenish your body each morning and start by drinking 8-10 ounces of water. Water helps to remove toxins from the body and helps to regulate our temperature. Water gives the body and mind energy and helps you to feel less tired and irritable. It is not always what we may be craving but your body needs it in order to help you get through your day.

Remember that drinking water throughout your day helps to support health and hydration. Water can also help hydrate our skin, aid in digestion, help weight loss and leave you feeling full. The next time you feel tired or irritable, try drinking a big glass of water instead of reaching for sugary drinks. Your body will thank you.

We only get one body, be good to it.
